Blue & Co., LLC Takes Top Honors as one of the Best Places to Work in Kentucky

CARMEL, Ind. (April 30, 2018) – Blue & Co., LLC took top honors at this year’s Best Places to Work in Kentucky awards ceremony. Blue & Co. was ranked no. 1 in the medium-sized business category.

The list of companies who made the 2018 list was announced in January, and the ranked list was announced on stage at the awards ceremony on April 17. The 100 winning companies participated in a comprehensive survey process and were then ranked according to those results.

The awards program was created in 2005 and is a project of the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management (KYSHRM), and Best Companies Group. The selection process, managed by Best Companies Group, is based on an assessment of the company’s employee policies and procedures and the results of an internal employee survey.

The Best Places to Work in Kentucky competition is a multi-year initiative designed to motivate companies in the Commonwealth to focus, measure and move their workplace environments toward excellence.
