Blue & Co., LLC Welcomes Wayne Little to the Firm

CARMEL, Ind. (July 19, 2024) – Blue & Co., LLC is proud to announce that Wayne Little has joined the Louisville office of Blue & Co. as a principal. Little brings more than 25 years of experience to the firm serving healthcare clients with coding and clinical documentation compliance matters.

“I am extremely excited to become part of a team who has a client-first mentality,” said Little. “I look forward to complementing Blue & Co.’s longstanding performance improvement competencies with my experience in compliance matters related to clinical documentation and coding services.”

Little regularly works with healthcare law firms, private equity firms, hospitals, and physician/advance practice provider clinics to provide or develop responses and rebuttals to third-party demand letters, mitigation strategies, statistical sampling, payment error quantification, and other related reporting and disclosures. In addition to these services, he also provides consulting services such as transaction due diligence support, internal investigation assistance, and organizational compliance programs.

Little is graduate of the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Accounting.

He is a frequent guest speaker and presenter for healthcare industry forums and webcasts covering topics from Fraud and Abuse to Clinical Documentation Integrity as well as Revenue Cycle performance improvement.
