Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council

The Blue Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council (DE&I Council) is an internal employee resource group created by Blue to encourage an environment of inclusivity regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, race, nationality, disability, age, or genetic information.

Founded on the core values of community, respect, advocacy and development, the Blue DE&I Council aims to promote education and awareness across the organization and to provide a safe space where open dialogues and information sharing is welcome among all team members. The Council is led by Blue employees spanning all 10 office locations and representing numerous functions and levels within the firm.

Even as the responsibilities of the DE&I Council continue to evolve and grow, the foundational purpose of the Council is to ensure Blue is a workplace where everyone feels welcome, respected, and included.Our goal is to educate and develop all employees to be promoted and contribute to their full potential. We strive to drive change in our workplace and the world around us, and to foster a culture of hope for everyone. We are Responsive. We are Caring. We are Advocates. We are Blue.
