Grant Funding Opportunities for Healthcare Organizations
Healthcare entities have the opportunity to take advantage of federal and state grant opportunities released throughout the year. At Blue & Co. we understand that these opportunities can be hard to learn about in a timely manner before their application due date. Our goal is to bring awareness to more grant funding opportunities for our clients. As we learn about new opportunities, we will share them via our newsletter and on our website here. FY 2024 Promoting the Integration of Primary and Behavioral Health Care: Collaborative Care Model
This funding opportunity was just released by SAMHSA. While the applicant has to be a state agency, a primary care provider (FQHC) could take this to the appropriate State Agency and ask to talk about the state applying and they (the FQHC) being one of the three primary care practices that the state works with as part of the proposal.

FY 2024 Promoting the Integration of Primary and Behavioral Health Care: States
This funding opportunity was also just released by SAMHSA, and it is the same situation as the previous one. The difference is that with this one the state is REQUIRED to work with CMHC/CCBHC, FQHC/RHCs.
