Blue & Co., LLC Named One of the Best Places to Work in Kentucky 2021

CARMEL, Ind. (April 16, 2021) – Blue & Co., LLC is honored to be named among the Best Places to Work in Kentucky by the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management. This is the 10th year Blue & Co. has made the list as a medium-sized employer.

“We are delighted to be recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Kentucky,” said Brad Shaw, managing director. “Blue & Co.’s core values of being responsive, caring and advocates describe both how we treat our clients, as well as how we prioritize and treat our employees. Being named one of the Best Places to Work is confirmation that our organization is living and demonstrating those core values on a day-to-day basis.”

Best Places to Work in Kentucky is a multi-year initiative designed to motivate companies in the Commonwealth to focus, measure, and move their workplace environments toward excellence. The major benefits of the program include heightened company pride, public relations and marketing advantages, and a thorough employee feedback report.

“Being named one of the Best Places to Work in Kentucky is based on the responses and feedback provided by our firm’s employees on how they view and describe the culture at Blue,” said Chris Olson, chief operations officer at Blue & Co. “That feedback is critical to our ability to constantly look for opportunities to improve our organization and it allows us to create better career opportunities and experiences for staff members.”

The Best Places to Work in Kentucky program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor those companies with the leading workplace cultures in the state. The list is comprised of 100 companies in three categories: small companies (15-149 employees), medium companies (150-499 employees), and large companies (500 or more employees).

Rankings of the Best Places to Work in Kentucky companies will be announced during an awards ceremony on June 17, 2021. For more information regarding the Best Places to Work program, visit BestPlacestoWorkKY.com.
