Jason Prokopik is a Manager with Blue & Co., LLC on the Indianapolis Reimbursement team specializing in fiscal and operational management related to pharmacy. Jason has worked in pharmacy management for over 10 years focusing his effort in improving the financial and operational performance of the firms he represented. He is responsible for helping clients improve workflow, enhance operational efficiencies and reduce controllable costs. Additionally he consults with clients on how to expand or diversify revenue streams capitalizing on pharmacy opportunities.

Chad Downing is a Senior Consultant with Blue & Co., LLC on the Louisville Healthcare Services Team specializing in pharmacy reimbursements and operations performance. Throughout his 20-year career as a healthcare and pharmacy executive, Chad has been recognized as a proven leader in operational and financial performance.​ Chad earned his Bachelor of Science degree in pharmacy from Ohio Northern University. He is currently pursuing an EMBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology. He maintains active pharmacy licenses in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio. Six Sigma Greenbelt certified. Chad holds an  Apexus Advanced 340B Operations Certificate​.
