Blue & Co., LLC Named as One of the Best Employers in Ohio 2019

CARMEL, In. (April 23, 2019) – Blue & Co., LLC was named as one of the Best Employers in Ohio for the
ninth consecutive year.

The Best Employers in Ohio is a survey and awards program dedicated to identifying and recognizing the
area’s best employers. The simple and thorough company assessment is conducted by Best Companies
Group to gather detailed information about your workplace. Employers complete an in-depth
questionnaire, and employees have the opportunity to offer feedback by taking part in a company-wide
survey. The data is then analyzed to see which organizations have what it takes to be amongst the ranks.

The rankings will be unveiled in a special publication profiling the companies selected as the Best
Employers in Ohio and will be published by Crain’s Cleveland Business on May 20, 2019.
