Blue Named One of Kentucky’s Best Places to Work for 14th Year

CARMEL, Ind. (April 8, 2025) – Blue & Co., LLC is honored to be named among the Best Places to Work in Kentucky for 2025 by the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management, and CHI Saint Joseph Health. This is the 14th year Blue & Co. has made the list.

Best Places to Work in Kentucky is a program that utilizes employee surveys to determine the best employers in the state. The major benefits of the program include heightened company pride, public relations, and marketing advantages, and a thorough employee feedback report.

The Best Places to Work in Kentucky program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor those companies with the leading workplace cultures in the state. The list is comprised of 100 companies in three categories: small companies (15-149 employees), medium companies (150-499 employees), and large companies (500 or more employees).
