Blue Named One of Kentucky’s Best Places to Work

CARMEL, Ind. (May 3, 2023) – Blue & Co., LLC is honored to be named among the Best Places to Work in Kentucky by the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management (KYSHRM) and ClearPath Mutual Insurance Company. This is the 12th year Blue & Co. has made the list as a medium-sized employer.

“At Blue & Co., we recognize that our growth is directly tied to our people and their ability to thrive in our organization,” said Brad Shaw, managing director. “That is why this recognition is so critical. We want to create an environment where our employees can truly succeed and that means making sure we are constantly improving our employee experience.”

Best Places to Work in Kentucky is a program that utilizes employee surveys to determine the best employers in the state. The major benefits of the program include heightened company pride, public relations and marketing advantages, and a thorough employee feedback report.

“In today’s marketplace, having a strong culture, employee experience and Total Rewards plan is essential to recruiting and retaining the best talent,” said Chad Pfeifer, Chief People Officer at Blue & Co. “Winning the Best Places to Work award gives us an opportunity to pause and reflect on our rich culture while also allowing us opportunities for improvements.”

The Best Places to Work in Kentucky program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor those companies with the leading workplace cultures in the state. The list is comprised of 100 companies in three categories: small companies (15-149 employees), medium companies (150-499 employees), and large companies (500 or more employees).
