Chad Pfeifer Named Chief People Officer at Blue & Co.

CARMEL, Ind. (January 18, 2022) – Blue & Co., LLC is pleased to share that Chad Pfeifer has joined the firm as the new Chief People Officer, beginning January 10, 2022.

Pfeifer has spent 17 years as an innovative human capital leader with a focus on planning and developing talent solutions, culture change, employee engagement strategy, and leadership development.

Pfeifer received an BA Degree from Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida and a Graduate Certificate in Talent Management & Analytics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He also has certifications in Behavioral Analysis and Leadership Coaching.
