Blue & Co., LLC Named 2022 Best Employers in Ohio for 12th Year

CARMEL, Ind. (October 19, 2022) – Blue & Co., LLC is honored to announce that it has been ranked as one of the 2022 Best Employers in Ohio by Best Companies Group. This designation is held in partnership with Crain’s Cleveland Business and Crain’s Content Studio-Cleveland and marks the 12th year Blue & Co. has made the list.

“At Blue & Co., we recognize that our growth is directly tied to the happiness and well-being of our employees,” said Brad Shaw, managing director. “That is why we strive to create an environment where our employees can truly thrive and bring their authentic selves to work.”

To be considered for Best Employers in Ohio, companies had to take part in a two-part survey process. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 25 percent of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This part of the process was worth approximately 75 percent of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final rankings.

“In today’s marketplace, having a strong culture is imperative to recruiting and retaining the best talent,” said Chad Pfeifer, chief people officer at Blue & Co. “Winning the Best Employers award allows us to see how we can improve our culture for our current employees, while putting us on the map for those looking for new opportunities.”

This statewide survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in Ohio, benefiting the state’s economy, its workforce and businesses.
