Greg Baker is a Senior Consultant with Blue & Co., LLC on the Louisville Healthcare Services Team specializing in pharmacy reimbursements and operations performance. With an extensive background in both pharmacy and healthcare management, Greg bridges the gap between the clinical and business issues facing clients to create unique solutions that improve pharmacy value. Greg earned his Bachelor of Science degree in pharmacy from Purdue University. He is APhA Immunization Certified and holds a Value Based Contracting Certification.

Chad Downing, RPh, EMBA, 340B ACE, Senior Pharmacy Consultant

Chad Downing is a Senior Consultant with Blue & Co., LLC on the Louisville Healthcare Services Team specializing in pharmacy reimbursements and operations performance. Throughout his 20-year career as a healthcare and pharmacy executive, Chad has been recognized as a proven leader in operational and financial performance.​ Chad earned his Bachelor of Science degree in pharmacy from Ohio Northern University. He is currently pursuing an EMBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology. He maintains active pharmacy licenses in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio. Six Sigma Greenbelt certified. ​​Chad holds an Apexus Advanced 340B Operations Certificate​.
