Last week we had a blast meeting students during our Jumpstart Summer Leadership Program 2025! It was a great way for students to connect with Blue employees and a great way for our team to introduce the students to our people-first culture. The students participated in multiple workshops and breakout rooms, a Reds game, a speech from our CPO, Chad Pfeifer, and having one on one time with employees.
