Blue Named One of Indiana’s Best Places to Work for 15th Year

CARMEL, Ind. (March 11, 2024) – Blue & Co., LLC is honored to be named among the Best Places to Work in Indiana by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce. This is the 15th year Blue & Co. has made the list.

Best Places to Work in Indiana is a program that utilizes employee surveys to determine the best employers in the state. The major benefits of the program include heightened company pride, public relations and marketing advantages, and a thorough employee feedback report.

The Best Places to Work in Indiana program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor those companies with the leading workplace cultures in the state. The list is comprised of 125 companies in four categories: small companies (15-74 employees), medium companies (75-249 employees), large companies (250-999 employees), and major companies (1,000 or more employees).
