Blue & Co., LLC Names Sara Jacobi Firm Director of Taxation

CARMEL, Ind. (February 5, 2025) – – Blue & Co., LLC is proud to announce that Sara Jacobi has been named the firm’s Director of Taxation.

“We are thrilled to name Sara Jacobi to this role,” Brad Shaw, managing director of Blue & Co. said, “Over the last 30 years, Sara has created a legacy of leadership, collaboration and dedication that has touched nearly every corner of our firm. Her deep understanding of our clients, culture, commitment to excellence, and overall tax expertise makes her the perfect fit to lead us into the future.”

Jacobi joined the firm in 1995 as an intern and became a tax director in 2012. During her time with the firm, Jacobi has served as both a member and chairman of our Executive Committee, and has been an active member on the firm’s tax committee for several years. She served as a sponsor on our strategic plan and has been the recipient of numerous firm leadership awards. Additionally, Jacobi is a niche leader of Blue Value Advisors, providing business advisory and exit planning consulting services for our clients.
