CARMEL, Ind. (March 8, 2022) – Blue & Co., LLC is honored to be named among the Best Places to Work in Kentucky by the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management (KYSHRM) and ClearPath Mutual Insurance Company. This is the 11th year Blue & Co. has made the list as a medium-sized employer.

“At Blue & Co., we recognize that our growth is directly tied to the happiness and well-being of our employees,” said Brad Shaw, managing director. “That is why we strive to create an environment where our employees can truly thrive and bring their authentic selves to work.”

Best Places to Work in Kentucky is a multi-year initiative designed to motivate companies in the Commonwealth to focus, measure, and move their workplace environments toward excellence. The major benefits of the program include heightened company pride, public relations and marketing advantages, and a thorough employee feedback report.

“In today’s marketplace, having a strong culture is imperative to recruiting and retaining the best talent,” said Chad Pfeifer, chief people officer at Blue & Co. “Winning the Best Places to Work award allows us to see how we can improve our culture for our current employees, while putting us on the map for those looking for new opportunities.”

The Best Places to Work in Kentucky program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor those companies with the leading workplace cultures in the state. The list is comprised of 100 companies in three categories: small companies (15-149 employees), medium companies (150-499 employees), and large companies (500 or more employees).
