Blue & Co., LLC Named Best Places to Work in Indiana 2021

CARMEL, Ind. (March 5, 2021) – Blue & Co., LLC is honored to be named among the Best Places to Work in Indiana by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce. This is the 12th year Blue & Co. has made the list and the second year that they have been designated as a Hall of Fame company for displaying sustained excellence during the program’s history.

“We are incredibly proud of being recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Indiana,” said Brad Shaw, managing director. “Blue & Co.’s core values of being responsive, caring and advocates describe both how we treat our clients, as well as how we prioritize and treat our employees. Being named one of the Best Places to Work is confirmation that our organization is living and demonstrating those core values on a day-to-day basis.”

Best Places to Work in Indiana is a competition that determines which participants are considered the best employers in the state. The major benefits of the program include heightened company pride, public relations and marketing advantages, and a thorough employee feedback report.

“Being named one of the Best Places to Work in Indiana is based on the responses and feedback provided by our firm’s employees on how they view and describe the culture at Blue,” said Chris Olson, chief operations officer at Blue & Co. “That feedback is critical to our ability to constantly look for opportunities to improve our organization and it allows us to create better career opportunities and experiences for staff members.”

The Best Places to Work in Indiana program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor those companies with the leading workplace cultures in the state. The list is comprised of 125 companies in four categories: small companies (15-74 employees), medium companies (75-249 employees), large companies (250-999 employees), and major companies (1,000 or more employees).

Rankings of the Best Places to Work in Indiana companies will be announced during an awards ceremony on May 6, 2021. For more information regarding the Best Places to Work program, visit BestPlacestoWorkIN.com.
