Tax Bill Comparison

December 4, 2017: Congress has set a priority to reform the tax code for 2018 and onward. The House of Representatives and Senate have passed separate pieces of legislation. At this point, many differences exist between the House and Senate Bill, which must be reconciled before legislation can be signed into law. Major provisions at the current stage are detailed below. Please note that these provisions may be adjusted or changed during the reconciliation phase.
