Randy Smith Named Chief Information Officer at Blue & Co., LLC

CARMEL, Ind. (January 24, 2024) – – Blue & Co., LLC is pleased to share that Randy Smith has joined the firm as the new Chief Information Officer (CIO), beginning January 22, 2024.

“We are thrilled to welcome Randy to Blue,” said Brad Shaw, managing director. “Our strategic vision forecasts continued strong growth and technology will play a critical role in achieving that vision. Randy’s focus will be on bringing innovative solutions to our clients and our staff to meet the demands in our vision.”

Smith has spent 17 years serving in various leadership roles where he implemented strategic technology initiatives that enhanced business processes, minimized information security risks, and improved operations.

“I am very excited to join Blue & Co. and further their mission of helping clients and staff on their journey to personal and professional success,” said Smith. “I’m incredibly passionate about using technology to solve business challenges, and the professional services industry provides a unique opportunity to influence a firm’s clients and staff. Smith received a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from American Intercontinental University in Chandler, AZ, and a master’s in business administration (MBA) from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA), ITIL Foundation Certified, and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
