Blue Named One of Indiana’s Best Places to Work for 17th Year

 

CARMEL, Ind. (March 23, 2026) – Blue & Co., LLC is honored to be named among Indiana’s Best Places to Work by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce for 2026. This is the 17th year Blue & Co. has made the list.

Best Places to Work in Indiana is a program that utilizes employee surveys to determine the best employers in the state. The major benefits of the program include heightened company pride, public relations and marketing advantages, and a thorough employee feedback report.

Indiana’s Best Places to Work program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor those companies with the leading workplace cultures in the state. The list is comprised of 150 companies in five categories: small companies (between 15 and 34 employees), small-medium companies (between 35 and 74 employees), medium companies (between 75 and 249 employees), large companies (between 250 and 999 employees), and major companies with 1,000 or more employees.
