Blue Named One of Indiana’s Best Places to Work for 16th Year

CARMEL, Ind. (April 8, 2025) – Blue & Co., LLC is honored to be named among Indiana’s Best Places to Work by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce for 2025. This is the 16th year Blue & Co. has made the list.

“Being named a Best Place to Work for more than a decade is testament to our firm’s incredible culture, allowing our team members to better serve their clients, families, and friends. Our firm values of ‘Responsive, Caring Advocates’ can be seen throughout Blue with both our teammates and our clients,” said Brad Shaw, Managing Director at Blue & Co.

Best Places to Work in Indiana is a program that utilizes employee surveys to determine the best employers in the state. The major benefits of the program include heightened company pride, public relations and marketing advantages, and a thorough employee feedback report.

Indiana’s Best Places to Work program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor those companies with the leading workplace cultures in the state. The list is comprised of 125 companies in four categories: small companies (15-74 employees), medium companies (75-249 employees), large companies (250-999 employees), and major companies (1,000 or more employees).
