Blue & Co., LLC Welcomes New Human Resources Officer

CARMEL, Ind. (April 27, 2018) — Blue & Co. is pleased to announce that Nancy Rife joined Blue & Co. on Thursday, April 26, 2018 as the firm’s new Human Resources Officer. Rife brings nearly 20 years of experience in human resources along with a background in accounting and finance to Blue & Co.

Chris Olson, Chief Operations Officer at Blue & Co. is excited to welcome Rife, saying, “Nancy’s expertise and broad experience will serve her well as she leads the recruiting and human resources efforts for our firm.”

Over the past 13 years, Rife has served as Director of Human Resources with MJ Insurance in Indianapolis. Prior to accepting that role, she worked for Oak Street Mortgage, LLC and Banc One Mortgage Corporation.
