IHA, ICCMHC and Blue & Co. will host a refresher webinar on instructions for using Evaluation and Management (E/M) codes.

 

On January 1, 2013, major Psychiatric CPT code changes took effect impacting the Psychiatric Section of the AMA Manual. The most significant change is the elimination of CPT 90862, pharmacologic management. CPT instructs providers to use E/M codes 99201-99205 for new patients and 99211-99215 for established patients.
