Mr. Ellis has in excess of 15 years experience providing audit, accounting, business and consulting services to clients primarily in the construction, financial institution and distribution industries. Prior to joining Blue & Co. he worked with a national public accounting firm and played a significant role in developing that firm's Indianapolis office where he lead the firm-wide construction niche group and participated on the internal inspection team.

Bob earned his Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and is a licensed CPA in Indiana. An active volunteer, he serves on the board of directors for the Circle City Foundation; is a member of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana; has worked on or chaired committees for numerous major events sponsored by the Indiana Sports Corporation; and acts as an advisor to the Double Q Foundation.
