Blue & Co. was founded in Indianapolis in 1970. Since then Blue has grown to be one of the largest business consulting CPA firms in the state of Indiana. We currently have seven offices located in three states: Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio. Our size allows us to provide employees with a close-knit business atmosphere without jeopardizing traditional benefits and opportunities for growth and individual success. Your coach helps you set goals which capitalize on your strengths and improve upon targeted opportunity areas. You will receive ongoing, open and honest feedback on both engagement-specific and overall work performance.
