| With the merger of Potter & Company, LLP with Blue & Co., LLC in 2010, Tom became a Director in Blue's Louisville, KY Dowtown office. Tom''s main areas of expertise are individual and business taxation, international taxation, mergers and acquisitions, valuation of business, litigation support, and management advisory services. Tom is a former President of the Kentucky Society of CPAs, and is a recipient of the Distinguished Service Award -the highest honor given by the Society. Tom served on the Board of Directors of the AICPA - becoming the first Kentuckian elected in over 30 years - and recently served as President of their Benevolent Fund. Tom is a graduate of the University of Louisville. | |
