Mr. Barton's accounting career spans 25 years and includes experience within the tax department of Ernst & Young and as a Controller in private industry. Ken specializes in tax planning, preparation and consulting and was a founding partner of Sheridan, Barton, Vasko & Company, a Columbus, OH CPA firm. With the merger of SBV into Blue & Co. in 2007, Ken became a Director of Blue's Ohio office where he leads the employee benefit and retirement plan administration and consulting practice. His expertise includes business management, accounting and tax.

Mr. Barton graduated from Bowling Green State University with a BS in Accounting. He holds professional certifications as a Qualified Plan Administrator, Certified Pension Consultant and Certified Public Accountant.
