More about the process

  1. The process starts with a review of your resume and qualifications. Based on your academic background, co-curricular activities and work experience, we make selections for an initial interview, usually conducted over the phone. This will allow us to get to know you, understand your objectives, and evaluate your core competencies. You'll get a chance to learn about us, too.
  2. Qualified candidates are invited for an office visit for a more in-depth conversation about career opportunities at Blue & Co. During your office visit, you will have an opportunity to meet with Directors, Senior Managers and your peer group to find out more about that office's culture and specialty niches. You will tour the office and enjoy lunch or dinner with some of our staff.
  3. Throughout the process, both the recruiters and the professionals you meet will stay in close contact with you. You can expect to hear from us on most openings within two weeks of your office visit.
